Delete app access
You can delete your access to the “fatoura für Mandanten” app at any time, in the app itself or here on this page.
What happens
- Your access is deleted at every accounting firm that enabled the app for you, and you are signed out on every device.
- Documents you uploaded and personnel forms you sent belong to your accounting firm and stay there.
- If your firm wants to enable the app for you again later, you receive a new invitation.
In the app
- Open the app and go to “Einstellungen” (Settings).
- Tap “Zugang löschen” (Delete access) and confirm.
Here in the browser
Enter the email address you sign in to the app with. We send you a six-digit code. The code confirms that the address is yours.
If no code arrives, no firm has the app enabled for you right now, and there is no access to delete. Your firm can remove a stored address itself.
