What fatoura explicitly is not
fatoura is software. It provides no tax advice and no assistance in tax matters within the meaning of the German Tax Advisory Act (StBerG).
fatoura transmits no VAT return, produces no payslip, and files no DEÜV notification. The software computes values and presents them for review; responsibility for every entry, every filing and every transmission rests with the firm.
Processing on behalf of the firm
Where fatoura processes personal data on behalf of the firm, a separate data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is concluded. In data protection matters it takes precedence over these terms.
